The staff was very polite and helpful while ordering. The dumplings where delicious as were the shrimp cakes. My daughter ordered a beef pho, I don't recall which one, the broth was incredibly flavorful. I ordered the chicken curry soup with noodles. The chicken was so tender and the dish was packed with flavor. Will definitely be visiting this place again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

For a Vietnamese place, it’s lacking authenticity and customer service. I ordered Bun Bo Hue, a spicy beef noodle soup, didn’t expect to get everything a traditional dish has but can’t believe they substituted with the thin vermicelli for what should be the thick rice vermicelli. I eat Bun Bo Hue all my life in many different regions and different countries, never once anyone dares to substitute because then it’s not Bun Bo Hue. The broth and meat are what they use for Pho dish. Asked the chef and they said well it says vermicelli but if you know Vietnamese food, this is an insult to the Vietnamese culture. If you had Vietnamese food before then this place will greatly be a disappointment.Their rice dish with grilled pork is so dry and missing all the ingredients for a typical Vietnamese rice dish. The staff is not Vietnamese except for the cooks so they have no idea what I’m talking about and unable to interpret the menu, which is the basic part of customer service.

If you like fish sauce you'll like this place. It's in everything and a lot of it. The service was good and quick. It's clean and cozy. Relaxing. Lots of parking. I'm not kidding, even the fortune cookie tasted like fish sauce. How is that even possible?

If I had to compare my first time at Pho Hanoi versus this time, I would have to say Pho Hanoi's quality and taste have upgraded a lot. However, since I was raised up with Vietnamese cuisine/dishes, Pho Hanoi's dishes are still mediocre. My bf and I were short on time for lunch and we both didn't want to make food so it was convenient that we wanted pho. The closest pho place to our place was pho Hanoi and we couldn't go out of our way to go somewhere else. Since it was still morning timeish and I love coffee, I had to get their cafe sua da ($2.75). I also ended up ordering their pho tai nam ($8.50). The pho tai nam was pretty good. There was a lot of meats and fresh veggies on the side. I would have to say that it was low on noodles but it could be me just loving vermicelli noodles. It was soothing and great for that rainy day. In comparison to my first time at pho Hanoi, my dad and I didn't like it and the soup had something off. So I was honestly surprised how much they have improved. However, I don't see myself coming to Pho Hanoi other than an occasional basis.

This place is my go-to pho place! Everything has been super delicious. I love their soft spring rolls and dumplings. Their pork and beef broth is amazing and their portions are great. Ive been to some pho places that give small portions but this place isn’t one of them!
